Umpire
A cricket umpire is an official who makes sure the cricket game is played according to the rules. They make crucial decisions on appeals for wickets, run-outs, runs, wide, no-ball and ensure that the game is played fairly. There are two types of umpires: on-field umpires who make decisions regarding dismissals and other on-field incidents on the cricket ground where as third umpire have access to technology like hawk-eye and replays to assist the on-field umpires in making the right decisions by communicating with them.

Cricket teaches us that every ball is an opportunity to change the game, just like every moment in life is an opportunity to make a difference.

How much do umpires earn yearly?
Domestic Umpires earn around $20,000 to $80,000 whereas International umpires earn around $100,000 to $200,000. Scoring in local academy or other matches, umpires could earn $6 to $24 per match where as $24 to $60 for higher level matches.
